Teslimat ve İade Koşulları

Our Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Terms

Order Confirmation: After your order is successfully completed, an automatic order confirmation email will be sent by our system.

Delivery Time: Your orders will be handed over to the shipping company within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your region and the courier company's workload.

Delivery Area: We deliver to all regions of Turkey. Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address or mobile phone. You can track the status of your shipment via the relevant courier company's website using this number.

Return Conditions

Right of Return: You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.

Return Requirements:
The returned products must:

  • Be in their original packaging,
  • Be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition,
  • Be sent together with the invoice and return form.

Return Process:

  1. Send your return request via email to [email protected].
  2. Return the product free of charge to our contracted courier using the return label that will be sent to you.

Return Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for all returns are covered by our company.

Refund of the Return Amount: Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days using the same payment method used for the order.

Damaged and Incomplete Deliveries

Damaged Products: If your product is delivered damaged, please have a damage report prepared with the courier at the time of delivery and notify us of the situation as soon as possible.

Missing or Incorrect Products: If your order contains missing or incorrect items, please inform us within 7 days of the delivery date at [email protected]. Necessary corrections will be made promptly.
