Within the scope of the Borr e-commerce platform, your personal data is processed by Saf Halıcılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Company” or “Our Company”), in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with this Disclosure Text and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

Purposes Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by our Company for the following purposes:

  1. Managing shopping processes through the e-commerce platform, carrying out communication activities regarding your orders, organizing payment transactions and logistics services,

  2. Personalizing your website experience, tailoring products and services to you, and promoting campaigns and promotions,

  3. Managing your requests and complaints, organizing online support processes,

  4. To fulfill our legal obligations and ensure the legal, technical and commercial security of our e-commerce activities.

  3. During the sales process and conversations with customer service.

These data are processed for reasons such as fulfilling legal obligations, fulfilling contracts and developing company activities.

Rights of Personal Data Owners

As personal data owners, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

  1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  2. Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,

  3. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  4. Request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,

  5. Request deletion or destruction of your personal data,

  6. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,

  7. To object to any adverse results arising from the analysis of your data by automated systems,

  8. To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful data processing.
